Exchange Policy
We have a 3 day window for any exchange requests. Please reach out to us on care@zymrat.com and our team will assist you with the exchange. The product must be in its original condition along with the brand tag and packaging for it to be eligible for an exchange. Our team will request for photos of the same, we request your co-operation so that we can process the request smoothly. The product exchanged shall be the same product originally ordered by the customer. Exchange can be processed only once.
Return Policy
We do not have a return policy. We only allow exchanges.

We deliver across India.
