Try to meditate for at least 5 minutes after waking up everyday. Become more aware of what’s happening in your surroundings. Take a few minutes to create a plan for the day in your head. Set your priorities and manage the time accordingly. 


Scan some nooks and corners of your house to find things that aren’t of any use. Discard one such thing from your house. Before throwing it, check if someone else might be in need of it.


Listen to your favorite podcast while commuting to work. Search for some interesting topics that are close to your heart and uplifts you as a person. This will also help you infuse a wave of positivity into your day right at the beginning.


Take a few moments of reminiscence. Think and figure out what you used to be your favourite breakfast. Prepare it all by yourself and savour it.


Read up some of the trending news in the city which you are currently residing in. Check if there is an interesting event happening nearby. Book it and attend it. You may also like to consider any such recurring event as a regular getaway.


Go to a nearby mall and get an ice cream/ a cup of sweet corn today.


Make some time and talk to your friend today. If they are unavailable talk to your sibling or cousins or any other dear one. Share something that has been bothering you or listen to discover what they have been up to. In this way, you will be able to nurture your relationships better.


Close your eyes and think where do you want to be 6 months from now. Think if you want to improve your skills and update your knowledge from what you know today. If yes, make a small plan today. Align a few resources together and make it happen.
