A good movement for gaining strength and mobility post COVID-19 recovery - suggested by Saurabh Chaudhary, movement practitioner

The recovery from COVID-19 is a long process. As we interacted with survivors, we got to know that it leaves a trail of time behind when the body refuses to move and demands complete rest, that too in isolation. All in all, this is what leads to the escape of movement from our bodies, especially the joints. Post retrieval, it is necessary that the body springs back into the momentum that it was earlier used to. This is not as difficult as it might sound!

Watch this video to uncover a set of simple movements that you can accommodate in your journey to recovery from COVID-19. These movements are apt for the time when the body is not ready to do strenuous activities. They can strengthen the joints and impart mobility and endurance in the body. Recommended by Saurabh Chaudhary, a movement practitioner based out of Gurgaon has demonstrated these exercises.
