If you are on the hunt for a healthy breakfast smoothie, try to look for the one that’s low in sugar and high in protein, fiber, and healthy fats so that you can stay with a happy fuller stomach.

Ingredients: 1 cup mango, peeled and chopped, 1 whole banana, ½ cup almond milk/soy milk and 1 cup ice

Ingredients: 1 orange peeled and deseeded, 1 cup spinach roughly chopped, 1/4th cup coconut water, ½ cup banana pieces, 1 cup ice
